I am majorly on the struggle bus with this one…

The first two books were sooooo good! Whaaaaaat happened?!?!

And the FMC is named….. EVIE 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

How in the world does the FMC not see the signs?! Ughhh, so frustrating! Not that I trust that things are exactly as they seem, but to not question or feel nervous about anything- I mean, c’mon!!!

I want to feel a kiss that gives life instead of takes it. I want to feel a kiss that’s wrapped in tenderness and affection and not vengeance and hate.

Me: Well, it’s about this girl named Violet who goes to Basgaith War College to learn how to be a dragon rider. She just survived the gauntlet which is like an American ninja warrior course on a vertical cliff side and she’s about to walk past 100 dragons who will scorch her if they don’t like her.
Selin: What?! That’s not fair!

Tired of men and the courting scene, Elizabeth is thrilled at the prospect of taking a trip to some lakes with her aunt and uncle and thinks, “What are men to rocks and mountains?” 😂
