Can’t tell if I like this book or not but I’ve seen a couple clips of the show and it looks enticing so idk I’ll keep reading for a bit.

On my drive home from work today I found myself wondering what Sybil was up to.

I cried one time already so I know I’m certainly out of my depth.

I purchased this book because it had bookstagram all aglow. I realized it was an epistolary novel and felt this would likely read better on a physical copy rather than on the kindle. I think this was probably the right move. I’ve mostly been reading lighthearted novels- regency era romances, cozy mysteries, thrillers so this is somewhat outside my comfort zone.

Reallyyyyy creepy. Not sure how it’s going to play out. This is basically what I wanted The Haunting of Hill House to be.

Spooky! Atmospheric! Probably shouldn’t be reading this in the dark right before I go to sleep!

Wanted to read during my sons naptime but couldn’t read the physical book in the dark. Fortunately it’s on kindle unlimited so we’re back in business. Would like to finish this tomorrow.

My mom left this book on my dining table for me to read. So here I am reading it. Pretty good so far.

I’m barely into this book but the epigraph and the 10 commandments of detective fiction have me enthralled. I took a detective short fiction class in college (as a biology major?) so I feel prepared for a challenge.

This is a sweet little book. It feels more like Book Lovers and Beach Read, which is what originally made me fall in love with Emily Henry’s writing. Something about People We Meet on Vacation and Funny Story made them difficult for me to get into and so I’ve put them both down at less than 30%. But this feels more classic EH. I’m excited to see how the story plays out because things are getting spicyyyyyy.
