I keep reading this but not sure how i feel about it.

Chapter 22- I’m so ready for Aelin to release hell on everyone.

Chapter 72 - just over wanting to throw things. *angry noise*

Chapter 71- wtf. WTF!!!! 😫

Chapter 50- I stand corrected. Sartaq and Nesryn are cool lol. Their story line has been redeemed.

SJM does have a way.

Chapter 47- not going to lie… I kind of don’t care about the Sartaq/Nesryn storyline. I like Nesryn, but her character isn’t progressing like o had hoped. Chaol has really gotten awesome lately and who could love Yrene?

Chapter 37- I’m enjoying every moment of this series. And really have no qualms with any of it, but there are so many Game of Thrones references and parallels… I feel it needs to be noted.

Chapter 17 yes!!! I’m reeling

Just finished chapter ten. I think I’m liking this more than empire of storms right now in my tandem read.

Also, really enjoying tandem reading.

I’m 120% now invested in this series. LFG

I kind of feel like a fool not reading this series sooner. The first book was definitely a challenge to get through. Meaning: not well-written, but the bones were there. But this book has given the series wings and is so good.

Celaena is an unhinged beast and I’m rooting for every moment with her.

This book is exponentially better than the first. The writing is subperb.

Okay now this is getting good. The first forty percent felt like a childhood friend seeing a picture of them in the paper, deciding to pick them up in a nice car, take them to an exotic location, and give them a makeover 🤣.
