mom don't hate me, but i like it. i mean, it's very teenagery and makes me laugh in places i should be serious but it's fun.

starting to realize that all the narrative issues i have with this is the fact that it actually sounds like a teenager wrote it... and it used to bother me but now that i recognize it for what it is, i think it's kind of cool. a lot of books portraying teenagers miss the mark on the maturity of a 16yo vs the maturity of their 20s they're writing from.
