I am absolutely loving this book! It has been my creative companion throughout this year (2026). I have annotated it up and love how you can track each days progress for your Morning Pages , your Artist’s Dates, Walks and Guidance Exercises.

Highly recommend it for any creatives out there.

I cannot recommend this book enough. I am working through it on a daily basis and it’s enlightening to see what each day’s meditation brings out of me.

I love too the tracking at the bottom of each page for Morning Pages, Artist’s Dates, Guided Meditations, and Walks.
