😂 Dick gave this to me so I could reach 110 before midnight, but also it really is a book I think we could all learn a bit from.

Beginning book 3, A Conjuring of Light

I'm about 3/4 of the way through and have to say I am really starting to be irked by the main characters. The main male lead is thus far mostly a creep, creepy, and unnecessarily possessive. Not sure where this is going but don't understand the appeal of being led by the physical attraction to someone that is barely a decent person, and that is questionable.

Listening to audiobook, introducing my husband to the series.

Honestly, I don't know if I am somehow not remembering this from previous books but I am finding the constant mention of "the females" or "male" or "mate" just kinda creepy. Only a few chapters in, fingers crossed that stops soon.
