Although thought provoking and inspiring from the wisdom gleaned from these pages, this book is very much a piece of its’ time. Outdated research and old world politics characterize this book as a very biased work from a worldly, compassionate man. Interesting if not compelling, this book provides one viewpoint of Jewish theology while acknowledging the many many others readers may encounter.
