So far - how many times is the “tattie bogle” gonna be mentioned! I’m a 55 year old Dundonian and we call them scarecrows. I think my late granny from Glamis might have called it something like that but she was born in the late 1890’s and had been a country girl... I swear if I see tattie bogle one more time this book’s goin’ in the bin...
