This is so good Ahhhh. Every spare minute ive had these past god awful days ive dedicated to reading this gem

I knew i was gonna read this book as I’ve adored all the other ones in the series (and the right move is my fav sports romance of all time) and bc i knew it was a single dad trope and i loved the character kai. AND NOW I KNOW HE IS ALSO MY TYPE AHHH. Men with glasses>>>>>>

HE CREATES FRUITS WHEN HIS NERVOUS AS HAS AN ENTIRE CLOSET FILLED W THEM AHHHHHH

I would 100% read a book - even if its 600 pages long- about Frederick and his odd shenanigans.

Hasta ahora, pésimo. Me da pena porque estaba emocionada por leer un libro de un autor chileno tan reconocido. Me encanta cuando llego a ver autores de mi pais en la repisas de las librerias más famosas. Zambra es un autor que ha estado en mi radar por años pero solo ahora decidí leer uno de sus libros y hasta ahora estoy decepcionadisima.

Cada ‘parte’ comienza con escenas innecesarias y infinitas de sexo.

This has been cute and good overall so far but its kinda funny its sold (like many other sports romances w “grumpy” men) as an enemies to lovers romance - which first of all doesn’t make sense unless its set in a war, its fantasy or the ml wants to actually KILL the fl or vice-versa - when it isn’t even hate to love or dislike to love. Like she disliked him for 2 chapters max.

Its a little insta love but its also setting up the play for some good angst so im ready for that.

I was gonna reread the webtoon daytime star fir the 283727x time and saw that THEY ADDED IT TO DAILY PASS 😩😩😩🥲🥲🥲 i dont wanna pay 😩

This is my 2023beach read so Im taking forever to finish it.

So far its good but the fl needs to stop hating on everyone just for simply living their lives. So what if they want to wear makeup or work at a reserve and analyse frogs, like the whole judgement thing is getting old. If your gonna put someone down, make it underwater and murder :)

I like clumsy and “dumb in their personal lives” type of fl but this one just goes too over the top. Especially bc, In other books I’ve read recently w this type of character, her problems are self made, not bc of bad luck and terrible weird circumstances, she is just a mess and incredibly immature. I will continue reading this bc most reviews are 5 stars and don’t trust my judgement but its not looking good

I love it when books, very early on, give you small little hints or things that YOU KNOW will have a big role in the drama/angst later on.
