The description of the monsters is so horrifying I’d shit myself & not be able to sleep for weeks 😭😭 also I’m stopping for the day rn but I think if u have a book with like past - time skip to the future I think it needs to be a bit more balanced? I just got to part 2 & there’s like 100 pages left

ok I know I said I was a little tired of reading lesbian romance novels but my roommate found this one for me & its 40+ year old mom romance set on a cooking reality tv competition that’s SO me & im hooked

This is cute & im enjoying it but I wish I picked it up when i wasn’t sooo tired of romance novels bc it’s become so hard to read 😭 I did this to myself

the main character literally lives in my hometown & they’re going on a date to a place that bored the hell out of me on school trips like 😭😭 hitting too close to home

I like really truly love this book. It was the first lesbian book I ever read (I think I was like. 14/15?) & it will always have such an important place in my heart bc of it. I’ve been meaning to reread it for a while & finally felt like the time to do it <3. I have many thoughts abt how it was adapted into a movie but I’ll add those when I finish the reread lol
