I regret coming into this book with certain preconceived notions about Erekosë, those notions I got from certain reviews that bashed the book. He does not think with his dick, he thinks with his heart when he can. He is a moralist forced to be a hypocrite. The representative of Humanity. The Eternal Champion.

I’m still shocked how good this books is, I’ve heard many people tear it apart. I don’t know why anymore.

Somehow I managed to avoid reading Michael Moorcock and I don’t know why I waited. This book is powerful, his ideas, his prose. Erekosë may be guided by his dick but there is so much more going on in all facets. I’m truly inspired.
