I'm sure I'm supposed to like Flea and find the pseudo big-brother-little-sister vibe endearing but, honestly, she's just really starting to annoy me. I've never been a fan of the tag-along-child trope.

At this rate all of Saphrona will know Lukan's real name and entire backstory within 48 hours of his arrival.

Taking a break from my Sigma Force binge reading because I have to read this before it's due back at the library. I'm just one chapter in but I'm liking the vibe so far.

This beyotch deserves the slowest, most horrible death. As far as cold-blooded bad guys go, she ranks up there with the ones from Bloodline.

Always hate when the bad guys cause destruction to an archeological site/find. So very frustrating to think of the lost knowledge. Grrrr!

Feeling a bit frustrated with this installment. I'm not sure I'm warming to the new Sigma operative - guessing he might be a permanent addition since he's the first one to get a POV. Don't think I like it. Also, still really annoyed that Rachel's back. Again.

Ugh! Why is Rachel back??? Her presence better not mess up whatever's brewing between Gray and Seichan.
