Being in the age group whose friends are nearing their mortality, I want them and their children to read this book! They need to know the right questions the author poses to those facing medical decisions in their declining years.

One of my favorite lines so far concerns the ‘mean’ ash tree: “He has a hole in his heart and he’s always trying to fill it.”

Still working on this, using it as a writing exercise book, so I'm enjoying my somewhat leisurely pace. My goal is to finish it before my writing class on July 1.

This one is on hold, too. It just made me hungry.

Will not pick this one back up for now, either. Don't need another sad animal story.

Will not finish this for now. Maybe having just read Percy Jackson gave me enough fantasy & adventure for a while. It just didn't grab me.
