So I got this in a humblebundle abt influential sci fi novels (drm free ebooks yippee!!). I’ve never heard of most of these books cuz they’re older but I only paid like $25 for 18 books. I decided to try this one first. I’m like. Huh sure sounds like 1984 here. Guess what. It is the original 1984, brave new world, animal farm, all the others! Wow! Frfr the OG grandpa dystopian novel from 1924!

I got a used kindle from some Canadian guy on eBay and jailbroke it lol.
Excited! My last ereader, a 12 year old nook classic, doesn’t not hold a charge anymore. The battery is just too old lol.

Need to clean out my want to read list. Not to remove new books, but old and duplicated ones. I might saved one book and it was like some epic edition but I marked another edition like paperback or something as read. If that makes sense. Bluh, duplicates.
Also I still wanna make my mom a reading account, either here or storygraph. She reads a lot but doesn’t use her phone so just for fun really.

Finally learned how to have a proper DNF shelf and not just a tag that clogs my “To read” shelf lol.
Also, I started playing Umineko no naku koro ni, the visual novel. I kinda wish I could count visual novels like Umineko/Higurashi, We Know the Devil, and Nameless to my shelves, since there is not much “gameplay” and more of a Choose your own Adventure book vibe to the things, but sadly we cannot
