So far I can visulize the trailer park that wade lives in. It is a kinda junky trailer and the space he has to live in is kind of cramped.

I really like the way that the author added humor and seriousness all through the book. It made it very interesting and varied the way I would think towards the end of the book.

The book is getting pretty close to the end and it is talking about the most current inventions and even some that are soon to come in the future.

The author makes many connections to the way that certain groups behaved in the world at the time. Like how the teens were very rebellious and expressive when rock was popular.

One of my favorite parts of the way the book is written is the hype and impact factors he gives. The author gives a hype factor and a impact factor which tells you the way people reacted to the items.

The book doesn't only give big inventions but so far has given new ways of writing or speaking that became big. It helps the book be more interesting and not just about physical objects

The author sometimes gives confusing facts about time periods or groups that are unpopular. This gets me lost for a bit until he explains more about it.

I can make a connection between the book and my life because they talk about easy listening and the rise of car radio. Every day I go to school or come home I'm always hearing music through the radio.

The book makes allusions to popular films and quotes from books that go with the main idea. They help explain the subject and help you with references.

My favorite Part of the book so far is the way that he fits humor while also giving facts about the topic. It made the book more interesting to read and not just some boring book about big events.

The book starts off with inventions that were made a long time ago and he progresses to more modern inventions. I predict that he will keep going through time until he is at present date.

Good so far, it reminds me of books in social studies because there are so many facts in it
