Paulie broke into Melissas car. He tried to get her to help Todd with her SATs. She told him that he would not, even though she feels guilty about it.

Todd mopes around all the time. Paulie can not stand the sight of it, so every time they see each other they start to yell. Paulie said lets go to a party to cheer you up, Todd was confused when he said that.

Todd leaves school a lot ever since the accident, Paulie thought it was because he feels bad but it is not. He is tired of all of the people treating him like he is crippled. Paulie thinks he should stop leaving school to focus on his classes, but Todd says "I'll get by".

On the first day back, the principal welcomed him back. Paulie and Todd were sitting together after school and Paulie was too scared to change the TV to the world series. There conversation was really awkward and Paulie did not know what to say.

Todd was really sad that they took his eye out. Him and paulie were watching Oprah and were fighting. They were talking about his ex mellisa coming in this afternoon.

The doctors had to face the fact that Todds eye will not heal. Eleven days after, they took out his eye, they had to remove the muscles around the eye. After, they put a plastic ball in its place and reattached the muscles. Todd is still not awake from the procedure.

Paulie went to go see Todd at the hospital. He was glad to see him and when the nurse came in everything changed, he asked Paulie to leave but he did not. His eye was all puffy, red and the they eye was blood shot.

Todd went to the hospital and they would not let Paulie go in until two days later. They said that he had a concussion and his retina detached. While Todd is there his ex came to see him.

There was a scrimmage and Paulie was daydreaming and every time coach Z caught him. during the game, Todd was pitching and a line drive got hit right back at him and it hit him in the eye. Everyone rushed him and they took him to the emergency room right away, they did not know what to do.

Paulies dad comes in to tell him all the good things about college, this is when Paulie tells him he made the team. He plays tabletop which is a baseball card game and his brother recorded him playing it and he got mad. People makes fun of him a lot after that, but they eventually stopped.

Paulies dad came upstairs to talk to him about college. He does not want to go to college because he remembers when his dad took college classes and did not have time for anything to do. They had to stop throwing the baseball while in college and they never picked it back up.

People were making fun of paulie when he was the first one to show up. They were saying stuff like hes going to be on the bench. He asked Todd why him and his girl broke up he said that they were always fighting and when they weren't they were talking about why they always fight.

Paulie went to tell Todd he did not make the team and when he went upstairs he saw him and his girlfriend crying like they broke up. He went back to the list and he made it, he started to scream of joy.

Paulie was cornered by upper class man to be a clown for their fall festival. He could not say no, so he was there and waited for people to try to dunk him into the water. Todd came up and bought over 15 balls and hit every one dead on. Paulie thought Todd was embarrassing him, but really he was doing him a favor.

Since Paulie did not make the team, he has to go home after right school for the first time in 3 weeks. His dad asked him how practic was he said it was good. He went upstairs and cried.

someone told that the varsity baseball roster was up. He ran like there was no tomorrow to check if his name was on there. He couldn't find his name anywhere, he thought it was a mistake and he couldn't believe it.

Two fifth graders came up to Todd and asked him to sign his SI pictures. He gave him an atograph and they were on the way. He satrted to smoke and the kids saw and were disapointed.

Todd got caught having a pack of cigarettes in his pocket at school. He said he would quit the team if he didnt get them back. The bell rang and they all sat still and everyone left, the coach tossed him the pack and said dont let me see it again, nobody saw it but one other person.

Todds skill level is way better than any other kid in his state as just an 8th grader. While he was in the 8th grade he had all these people come to watch him play like reporters, college scouts and MLB scouts. His biggest problem is his grades because he does not stay humble.

In the game Todd jumps over another guy , it says he goes into zero gravity. Everyone was shocked how high Todd could jump. He was called out while he landed in the mud, so he climbed up and brushed himself up and went to the dugout.

He gets made fun of at practice a lot. Sometimes people throw a ball five feet away and hit him. Another dude was legging it out to second and ran straight into him as hard as he could.

Todd denies to study because he does not want to. Mr. Bannister wants to know why and he says that a c-minus is good enough. Even when Mr. Bannister bought him notes to study for his chemistry test, he will not study.

They were all goofing around and were not paying attention. They all had to run a lot of poles because of it. And the coach yelled at them a lot during it.

Todd landed in mud in practice. Bobby made fun of Todd for that. Everyone was making fun of him calling him mud monster.

Instead of letting the scout come watch him. So, they started to watch the movie chuckie, and everyone was scared beyond imagine. Todd and Paulie got in a big fight again and ended when Paulie said get an actual life. This didnt go well for either of them.

they all started to yell at each other when they got in her car. They yelled at Todd because he cannot go to Paulies house because he has a scout coming to look at him. They say it comes too easy for him and they are too mad to realize that this is a big deal.

He met the coaches girlfriend. He had no way to get home so she offered to take him home in the parking lot outside of their game. Her name was Paulie and she seems demanding and the coach has no say over anything they do together because it is all up to her.

This dude tried to steal third and was thrown out. He had a mouthful of dirt though. A lot of people wanted to make fun of him because he was the reason they lost.

its overtime and they are still tied up. A fight breaks out between the two teams. The security has to break it up it is so bad.
