This book feels so deeply personal it’s actually painful at times

yes because it totally makes sense that after you almost die exploring a closed off cave with a complete stranger and then you say hey sure I’ll climb Mount Everest with very little training or experience and I’m totally in a great mental state not traumatised by the cave situation or anything

I feel like this is heavily inspired by other books especially acotar but love her or hate her sjm has probably influenced every popular “romantasy” novel in some way or the other <\3 also what is with me and picking books about star crossed loves I don’t wanna be SAD

Idk if I’m enjoying 🤧 I’m not sure if it’s the writing or if I’m being overly critical or if it’s because I don’t read this genre a lot. I’m gonna try to lock in because I DONT WANNA DNF MY FIRST BOOK OF THE YEAR 😀
