4.5 rounded up. It was a great read and taught me about heirs property especially in Georgia, and the ways it can screw with family titles. Once it touched on FEMA and the restrictions homeowners can potentially face, I lost it, literally brought me to tears. The reality of so many was woven seamlessly into this fiction. Nicely done.
