I dont love how love just died between Chaol and Nesryn but I guess I get it, she finally has the opportunity to be with a prince...
chaol has to be falling for Yrene and thats ok im not mad but its nice and slow.

I am liking it as it is starting to pick up, I didn't like the tandem read at first but now that its not flipping books like every chapter it is a lot easier to follow along. Theres lots more action now that the characters are starting to actually meet along their paths.
Elide and Lorchan have some odd.. tension happening
Dorian and Manon?!?!
Aelin and Rowans "lovemaking" feels forced.
Author should have left out

Starting to pickup, learning about more towers, wyverns aren’t communicating with the black-beak witches, aedion and ren agree to kill chaol when he’s not of use. Celena/ aelin starts feeling guilt and learning more about Rowan

So many new characters being introduced, still figuring out which ones are important and related before I can even attempt to think about what they might do if they are spies or traitors

Ngl I’m kinda bored trying to figure out the plot behind this

So far ive enjoyed it, I listened to it on the plane and really thought it read like a movie.
