It covers creating the right team, managing stakeholders, and understanding what to build and why. I’d definitely recommend it as a solid resource, though be aware it references other books in the series rather than being fully comprehensive on its own.

Really? Jamaicans eating on the floor? This racist, primitivizing depiction of a Black Caribbean country is exactly the kind of colonial-gaze garbage that ruins writing. They have tables and chairs in Jamaica. WTF

This should be fun. I’ve already seen the movie and the book is always better.
