I'm literally just FLYING through this!

It's only page 8 and I've laughed out loud like three times...

This book is just ... wow

I have so many emotions right now...

Okay there’s a scene in here when everyone’s just talking about attractive animated characters and I feel like this is speaking to my soul

I feel like the only interesting characters so far are Edyon, March and Prince Tzsayn...

I'm supposed to be studying right now but this book has me hooked.

I don't know why but I'm finding it really hard to get into this book. I'll probably pick it up again sometime next year...

Umm, why am I starting another new book when there's only 2 days till the end of the year?!

Umm, I kind of just want to finish this book at this point...

IT'S HAPPENING, OH MY DAYS IT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING. AND I'M FREAKING OUT.

I just really want things to be revealed now... I'VE WAITED TEN YEARS IN AZKABAN FOR THEM TO FIND OUT

Well that escalated quickly...

I don't know what to FEEL anymore...

I remember when I read the first book in 2017, I didn't really like Tessa. Like, at all. But in this book she's smart, funny and brave. (Even if she's undecided over her potential love interests). But the character development here is INSANE.

Tessa: *confused between two handsome shadowhunters*

Me: Can't relate

"My husband" has been repeated 4 times in the last two pages... Nevertheless, I am LOVING the dynamic between Lou and Reid

So I was waiting to see how the marriage would come about... And the book has not disappointed. In fact, it went even better than I was expecting it to go!

Me: sees that Will calls Tessa 'Tess'.

Also me: slowly melting into a puddle.

OKAY I am LOVING THE DYNAMICS BETWEEN WILL, JEM AND TESSA! And I feel like the dialogue flows so NATURALLY compared to the mortal instruments.

Why is the word 'beautiful' used to describe EVERYTHING in this book? People. Places. Things. Eyes. You name it.

I thought it would be wise to add another book to my currently-reading books... To be fair, I was in the mood for a dark, witchy, steamy romance. Hopefully this doesn't fail to deliver.

So I failed my goal of finishing the audiobook by tonight...hopefully I'll finish it by tomorrow instead.
And, oh man, the nostalgia that comes with rereading old favourites is just BEAUTIFUL.

Currently listening to the audiobook of this and I'm really enjoying it so far! Hopefully I'll be able to finish it by the end of the day!

So I read Clockwork Angel in 2017 and I'm continuing this series two years later... But I'm excited to read it! I'm not far into it at all but I already feel so connected to these characters!!!

I realise this book came out last year, which meant I only DNFd it last year, even though it feels like forever ago.
(I've only read a page since my last update but I'm still really enjoying the book)

I DNFd this book a few years ago, I'm not really sure why, but I'm definitely enjoying it so far.

(might be spoilery, I don't know) So I'm at the point where we find out about Mor, and I don't want to say too much because SPOILERS, but I really REALLY wished that this wasn't dumped on us when there's only 100 pages of the book left. I wish we found out earlier so we could see it ACTUALLY DEVELOP throughout the book. This is super vague but if you know, you know.

I really need to study but this book is just to addictive...

So I wasn't supposed to pick up this book yet (despite dying to read it) but I had a toothache in the middle of the night and I knew that delving into this story would make it better so... Here were are... Obsessed with this book...
