Afghani begins the Islamist movement in order to compete with new Colonial Empires. Egypt undergoes liberalization and modernization after the introduction of new ideas and the printing press. Ismail is removed from the Khedivate due to the staggering debt he put it in.

Gordan, a veteran of the Crimean War and Taiping Rebellion, is hired by the Egyptians to crack down on the slave trade in the Sudan, the mission ends in disaster.

The Suez Canal is recently built in Egypt. African, Arab and European ambitions clash in Egypt and Sudan. Ismail Khedive puts Egypt into massive debt to Europeans trying to modernize, industrialize and gain independence from the Ottoman Empire. European begin trying to 'suppress' the massive West African Slave trade, but begin instead to further it.

He makes a case against democracy as just another tool of Marxism. He then praises Monarchists, Nationalists, and Fascists, who stemmed the tide of communistic threats to their countries as heroes. Then he introduces the PRP. The Physical Removal Principal. Which advocates essentially curtailing the rights of, and or killing anyone who wishes to impose policies counter to his brand of Reactionary Liberty.

He says that refugees have values that are incompatible with the 'West' and perpetuates the 'rapefugees' myth. He then talks about the need for succession and the United States to break apart. He also talks about Libertarian minded Christians and Jews moving to New Hampshire or the Mid West to establish states built on Libertarian Law.

He argues that immigration and open border policies are antithetical to Libertarian ideals, as well as the well being of American society.

He discusses the advantages offered by bitcoin to circumvent government control of currency.

He mentions various ways to stand up to the government, growing your own food, homeschooling, blowing the whistle, direct insurance.

In this he wants us to radically alter our view toward money. Number one is AVOID ALL DEBT, IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Over and over he says that people buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people that don't care about. Cash is king, no credit cards. There are no get rich quick schemes. One will have to live like no one else now, to live no one else later. Then he debunks common money myths.

He 'debunks' the myth of the socialist paradise in Sweden, and says that the economy has slowed tremendously since the implementation of socialist policies, and that it is a miracle it is still functioning. He then speaks about civil disobedience, the history of it, the need for it, and how to do it.

He denounces the government as being terrible at protecting the environment (cites the tragedy of the commons). He then talks about the failure of state medicare. He instead brings recalls the 1870-1920's phenomena of fraternities providing medical assistance as being a better solution.

He exposes the insane regulation the government has put on, and says that they don't work.

In this section he rails against needles government regulation, and the "myth" of the robber barons. He says that it was the government creating monopolies at the behest of corrupt business to the detriment of "good" business owners.

He blasts the police state as tyrannical, ineffective and against the citizen. He lobbies for private protection. He says that citizens deserve the right to resist unjust police actions, by whatever means necessary.

He goes over the history of the Articles of Confederation, and the creation of the Constitution. He discusses how states that give this much power, will continue to give power, and become global leviathans.

In this chapter he argues that the reason Europe surpassed all other civilizations, is due mostly to its radical decentralization. While the East possessed great empires, Europe was fragmented.

Here he begins to take a more political and cultural stance as opposed to and economic one. He laments "Cultural Marxism" as destroying traditional western culture. He demands a return to the culture and mindset that made the current western hegemony possible.

In this section he explains how a free market is absolutely much more efficient than a socialist market.

He explains how a free market is natural, and the only way to homestead (acquire something without use or threat of violence). And that all value is subjective. He also denounces price controls and fiat money as something that never works.

The author presents his case for a more conservative form of Libertarianism. He then goes on to attack the Marxist idea of class struggle and present his own.

The last part of this book does not seem to have a general theme, and is mostly a random assortment of poems. Throughout reading this book, I have noticed that poems with a clear story were the ones I enjoyed, as opposed to more mystical ones that I had a hard time grasping.

He constantly makes references at the ends of his poems to Shams of Tabriz and other friends he had made. The poems are structured as if Shams is seated across from him, when in reality Shams had died long before him.

One can't help but notice how many allusions and references to prophets of the Abrahamic faiths Rumi uses to tell parables and teach morals. So proper background or knowledge in this matter can be useful, as many times he makes a passing reference that will slip by if you if you don't know.

This section has more general stories and life morals. Mostly they are about keeping the nafs in check.

In this he talks about gambling what may seem like security and safety, the known, for the infinite, the unknown.

This next chapter is about the relationship Solomon had with Sheba.
Solomon represents divine wisdom, and Sheba represents the bodily
soul.

In this chapter he speaks on rough and uncouth metaphors used by Rumi that some would view as distasteful.
