E3Brett had very bad judgement when he ran to the door of the barn. He did not know what was inside and was completely uncovered. He could've been shot but the adrenaline got to him and he decided to be the hero. On the other side, Herb had good judgement when he decided not to let Adam try and fly the Cessna home. They did not know how well it had been taken care of, and a large number of things could've went wrong.

C3 The minor character that influences Adam, the protagonist, the most is Lori. Lori has been Adam's crush for as long as he can remember. So now that they are finally close all the time he is getting to know her better and care about her even more than ever. He is always distracted from the task at hand when she is around and he is always trying to impress her and protect her. This even means risking his own health.

Sawyer is finished with The Bullet Catch: Murder by Misadventure
F1As you can see, I just finished the book and personally, I didn't like the ending. The end of the book just came so quick, it didn't have any finalization. The book concluded with the characters talking about how to do their next performance. I would have enjoyed a little bit of a bigger look at their next performance, rather than the one page where it talks about it. I would have also liked to know how Billy died.

A4 Attention: Spoilers ahead. So far in the book, one thing I would change is how Ching Ling Soo died. It just happened so quick with no build up, it also ended quickly and there hasn't been much more talk about the death. All else that has been said is that they don't know if it was a murder or an accident, and they didn't even build on that question. The whole death situation seems kind of like it was thrown in.

C2 Out of all the characters, I admire Leo the most. I admire him because no matter the situation, he is always trying to find the right thing to do. He is always looking out for himself as well as others. He has a heart of gold and he is always doing the honorable thing. On the other hand, I least admire the Mayor because although he says he wants the best for everybody, he is only looking out for himself.

F4 This book makes me feel extremely excited and lucky. I feel excited because you never know whats coming next. A lot of big things have happened so far, so I am just waiting for the next big event. Second, it makes me feel lucky that I didn't have to live in the early 1900s but also that I didn't have to go to work when I was just a young kid. The protagonist has to live on his own at 13 which I'm sure wasn't easy.

C4 The most memorable moment in the story so far has been when the 'protagonist', Leo, was betrayed by the other 'characters' in the book. His "friends" sold him out to the police saying that he did something he never did. So far, this event has been the main 'conflict' of the story. This event really surprises you when it happens because the others aren't acting weird, but police were on Leo's trail shortly after.

Sawyer is on page 182 of 198 of The Boys Who Challenged Hitler: Knud Pedersen and the Churchill Club
F1 Although this is a nonfiction book, the ending was satisfying. It was great that the boys were acknowledged for the things that they did during the war. Their actions may not have won the war for the Allied Forces but it sparked rebellions against the Nazis. The fact that they were acknowledged by Winston Churchill for their deeds was satisfying, given what they had to sacrifice to rebel as they did.
