Last one in the 2025 Popsugar challenge (it also could’ve fit the previous prompt as I’ve started this multiple times but never finished it, let’s hope it sticks this time)!

This book is delightful, so heartwarming, warm and cozy, just what I needed and love it so far. Really hope that doesn’t change by the time I finish it.

The next two books I had in my TBR pile seem way too heavy to read right after the one I just finished, so thought I’d turn to Tessa Bailey for something a little lighter. Fingers crossed this “opposites attract holiday romance” is what I need right now!

So I was right about the thing I guessed. but as of this page it’s just got weird and a bit dumb. Hoping the final reveals are good and it gets back on track.

I’m not sure about this protagonist being such a lying liar from the start - I’m ready for her to tell the truth about both things and I’m only midway through chapter 6, and suspect that probably won’t happen anytime soon. Hoping I can warm to her soon as I loved One Day In December…

Good lord how long have I been reading this book? Why are the chapters so long? How are there still 75 pages to go?!?

Feels like I’ve been reading this forever and I’m not even 70% through?! Liked the premise but after starting in July, went several weeks without picking it up again. Very slow paced and not that compelling yet. Definitely enjoying the Henry/Addie chapters more than those showing all the years before, find it easy to put down when I get to those chapters.

I never start reviews before I finish the book but I’m struggling with this one, over half way through and no real story seems to have started yet. Will keep going but not sure what this is. The premise sounded great but…
