People who are giving this one star due to the bookseller’s comments about customers clearly haven’t worked in retail. People are idiots. They also feel the need to inflict that on minimum wage people who work in shops. It is maddening. He goes more lightly on customers than I would have on the ones I encountered

I’m struggling already and I’m only on chapter three. The descriptions are all written in a way I was told not to write- repetitions of the same word in a sentence, using ‘and ‘ too much etc. hopefully I’ll be able to ignore it
