This book addresses multiple health issues and how to adjust your diet accordingly. I've had positive results by following Diane's suggestions, although I spend A LOT of time in the kitchen preparing food. The time is well-worth it though since I actually feel so much better. I didn't give this book five stars because it can be frustrating to navigate. No index. All that great info and no index...frustrating!
