(spoiler alert: it's always just a hunky guy that towers over her with rock hard abs)

I'm enjoying this so far. Sometimes the characterisation can be a bit too over the top, but Liang's writing is so smooth and addictive that it's very easy to overlook!

i don't know about y'all but when im reading a mystery where the wife is "insane" but the husband is perfect and too good for her and is deemed the only normal person in the eyes of the protagonist....im immediately suspicious of him. mark my words
