Hoping Miss Jimenez has a redemption arc

NO SERIOUSLY IS THIS BOOK FOR FKN REAL

She’s 💅not like other girls 💅
He 🫦 loves hunting and his gun🫦
He tries to protect her from a homeless person chilling in a parking lot 😡
And complains about how people in the city call 911 too much 🙄
But he’s not too proud to buy her tampons 🥵

Is this book for fucking real??

Confused as to why they thought no one would be able to tell a man was speaking unless they literally got a man to speak every line of dialogue preceded by “he said”
Petition to just let the female narrator read ALL of the words and I promise we’ll be able to figure it out

I want to scream

KICKING MY LIL FEETIES 🥰🥰🥰
