this is a book of short stories that takes place in the Mercy universe. I'm reading this, while waiting on Book 4. at the moment, I'm reading the short story about Samuel & some of his past...when he was human, made into a werewolf & events after. this story takes place long before the first book Moon Called.

Finished! I pictured a lot of the movie while reading this. not totally a bad thing. I want to rewatch & see how much was left out.

It seems I'm getting back into Stephen King after a very long hiatus. So far I'm enjoying this. I remember the movie a little so sometimes when I read parts, scenes from the movie pop into my head hahaha.

Really excited about reading this book, especially after reading the sequel Doctor Sleep hahaha. hopefully I won't have any problems sleeping.

So I've been seeing the commercial for this show on tv. looks very interesting. since I can't watch the show, I figured I would read the book. this will be the first James Patterson book I'm reading. I'm enjoying it so far even though I'm only on page 18. the Prologue was kind of intense & that was only 10 pages. Can only imagine how the rest of the book will be.

This was a really fast read. First time reading this author. I enjoyed it. Had a little bit of everything supernatural. ..werewolves, vampires, gremlin, & walker (shapeshifter). Looking forward to the next book in the series.
