Wanted to read this one for years without falling into the right mood for it. I guess its day has finally come. The 7th book I read from this author.

Let's see if the story lives up to the "foggy" blurb, or is a notch or two above!

Ryder made me read the 4 prequels after having avoided them for years, and they were worth it.

I hated the movie, so no expectations for the book. But I will read it anyway.

I wrote a book about the same topic, the MCs are a mafia heir and the son of a judge, so I will be pitiless--again--with my ratings, I have high expectations for this read and I won't accept any disappointment.

Here we go again with tops and bottoms...

I hope I'll like this novel more than I like its title.

I am rather "sickened" by the inaccurate linguistic additions, the author needed some help on that level, obviously, but it's only a minor problem. Someone who doesn't know those languages wouldn't notice.

Hubby is loving it so far. As for me, my feelings are mixed for now.

Loving the age gap... but the story itself is rather boring, I like Declan so I keep reading for now.

I loved the blurb right away. Minimalistic and mysterious, my favorite words. I don't expect much from the book itself, but I am not impervious to good surprises!

Time for my night shift. I will read the last few chapters at work, hopefully.
