Fun instructional book.

I'm excited for the application potential here. The last sections of this book have me really considering how I structure my social relations and put energy into not just a series of isolated social outlets, but strive for achieving a sense of community.

Slow going read. It's somewhat interesting in parts, but it moves along more awkwardly than the first, and it's extremely redundant. Hoping I don't end up having to DNF this one.

Very practical and thought-provoking. I am trying to take this read relatively slow for better digestion and application.
