Very chewy book. Great do book club discussion!

I Love this book of very inventive short stories! I read the 3 longer novellas within the book, and will come back to the rest later. I want to savor the experience. 5 stars so far.

I had to set this down because I lost interest in what happens to the characters. I'm also lost interest in the unborn baby's ramblings. But there is more to this book than just plot and ramblings, so I'll come back to it later. So far, just 3 stars.

This is the Naked Lunch (minus the "depraved" material) of Zen. What a strange book. Found it in the new books section of my town library. How did it get there, is what I want to know.
