I read somewhere that this book "could have been a blog post" and I couldn't agree more

Reading the book ahead of meeting the author tomorrow at the Hindu Lit for Life Fest 2026.

I am on the 3rd chapter and so far, it has been a good listen (on audible). It speaks about focusing on small, incremental changes that compound over time. Also says you have to focus on the system to achieve a goal rather than on the goal itself. Since it's an audible listen, page number stated here is my assumption.

After a brief hiatus, I am ready to read again.
