Finalmente sta iniziando ad accadere qualcosa di sostanzioso e la trama sta prendendo piede... rip Alex il gatto, eri il migliore di tutti!
No, seriamente, sto libro è pieno di tw quindi leggeteveli tutti!

Forse il miglior King dopo Shining! Spero non deluda sul finale...

"La stupidità è una delle due cose che riconosciamo meglio col senno di poi. L'altra sono le occasioni perdute"

King non delude. La prima parte ambientata a Darry PAZZESCAH!

"Ma se concedi a qualcuno un po' di tempo, si abituerà a qualunque cosa"

E' nuovamente il tempo del Re!

Non riesco ancora a capire il senso di questo libro e sinceramente mi sto annoiando...

Una seconda parte molto più interessante della prima, sorry Kit Marlow!

Questo libro mi sta distruggendo, lentamente... ç.ç

Finalmente stiamo andando da qualche parte, ma vorrei più dinamicità ed emozioni forti, grazie.

"And I wanted, I don't know - to be part of something bigger. Something that already had a reputation that was scarier than mine. I wanted the right kind of attention - I wanted to be noticed, I wanted to be valued. And I wanted it to happen at my own terms."

Per ora non è successo praticamente nulla, ma la tensione di base si percepisce e promette molto bene!

"To tell a story is in some part to tell a lie, isn't it?"

Non male, ma un pochino lento nella trama. Spero si riprenda nella seconda parte...

"I film erano una religione, potevano cambiarti, alterare la tua percezione, potevi protenderti verso lo schermo e condividere un istante dì trascendenza, in quella chiesa tutte le delusioni e le paure venivano spazzate via per qualche ora."

Il protagonista, Bret, così come questo libro, è a dir poco inquietante e perverso. Ovviamente mi sta piacendo!

"If only there could be an invention" I said impulsively "that bottled up a memory, like scent. And it never faded, and it never got stale. And then, when one wanted it, the bottle could be uncorked, and it would be like living the moment all over again."

Per ora è successo poco, ma voglio già scuotere malamente la protagonista per dirle di svegliarsi dalla sua apatica ingenuità!

"They don't mess with cats, nobody messes with cats"

Sotto alcuni aspetti mi sembra ancora confuso, ma almeno la storia di Alice e Peter sta andando da qualche parte e questo mi piace...

"You did the work, you used the spell, and still at the end, you close your eyes and hope. When it came down to it magick was a wish, a prayer, and a little, anchoring fiction"

E anche a sto giro Kuang ci sbatte in faccia quanto ne sa, quanto è colta, quanto ne conosce... anche meno però, Rebecca, perchè ti si vuol bene, ma a una certa il troppo stroppia.

Carino, ma non mi sta prendendo quanto vorrei...

A momento pochino più fiacco rispetto al precedente di Mandanna, ma mi sta piacevolmente intrattenendo.

Mi ricorda molto Rouge, per ora mi sta piacendo molto. Non per tutti però...

Mi dispiace dirlo, ma sto libro è noiosetto. Se solo avesse più pov, e invece no, solo Lore che va avanti e indietro dimenandosi come un volatile zoppo.
Occasione mancata Hannah, paccato.

Non è successo molto in queste prime 100pg, ma temo già di aver capito come finirà questo libro...

"Ma è proprio questo il punto: le perone he sembrano noiose a volte hanno le storie più interessanti da raccontare. Bisogna solo trovare il modo di tirargliele fuori"

Sto libro è totalmente fuori di testa, ansia continua, follia pura. Josie è una pazza squinternata e Alix è troppo egoista per rendersi conto di ciò che sta rischiando... mi aspetto di tutto nell'ultima parte!

Non leggevo un libro del genere dai tempi di Educazione. Bellissimo, ma al tempo stesso molto triste...

C'è del disagio in questo romanzo, Sally, un bel po' di disagio.
