So far really fascinating, would definitely recommend if you're into psychology! So far it's less of a Trump exposée and more of a deep dive into their general dysfunctional family dynamics, so just keep that in mind.

Yeah I think I won't like this. The historical setting is barely existent and the writing is very juvenile... Will try for a bit longer but 🙃🙃🙃

Unfortunately I am so far mostly bored with this book. The pacing feels so off and it's not particularly mysterious yet. I'm basically still waiting for the story to get started even though I've already read a good chunk of it. Truly hoping it gets better :(

Whoever wrote in the blurb that "Queenie" was like "Bridget Jones" was either very VERY drunk or literally thought that both being set in London was enough grounds for a comparison.

The only thing I dislike about it so far is the messed up timeline. It's difficult enough to keep track of everything that's going on without having to constantly question what year we're in, how old everyone is and if they even had time to do what it's said they did 🙄

I almost want this book to be even longer because there is never a dull moment and THE STORY IS F*KING FANTASTIC.

What can I say, I love it

Just a question about the length of time they were under the curse up to now: Lilith tells Rhen it's been 5 years (which isn't nearly as long as I expected), yet Grey claims he's already kidnapped "hundreds" of girls.
5 years
1 season = 3 months
1 year = 4 seasons
5 years = 20 seasons = 20 girls, definitely not hundreds. So someone's got this wrong somewhere 🤔🤔🤔

So far it's good but I'm slightly annoyed the author feels the need to constantly mention every character's race, even when the reader already knows... IDK it's a weird pet peeve I guess, I just think there would be more creative ways of doing that (like actually describing people's skin tone) than constantly saying "the white girl" or "the black woman" 🤪
