I don’t typically pick up books in translation, so this was a first. It’s set up as three separate stories that are connected by a bookshop. If you have a hard time reading about grief (though not the main part of the story) I may shy away, but if you’d like a heartfelt set of stories and a bookstore surrounded by cherry blossoms, it’s for you. Comes out soon!

If you love a good retelling of a fairy tale and enjoy Cinderella, this is an outstanding literary rendition. I’m listening to an ALC, or advanced listening copy, and it’s delightful.

Absolutely adoring this audiobook and this Cinderella re-telling.

OMG. How can I love a book so much and want to cry after only reading the foreword and first chapter? Oy. I can tell this will be an emotional wonder.

Inspired by a true story. Simple but engaging read. So far, so good!
