I stopped reading this as I realised just what a load of woo it is. The author introduces the book, cherry picking out of date studies to try and add some sort of scientific under pinning to this nonsense. I also didn't like the shaming of people who choose/need to use painkiller to deal with their periods or to point out that people who take the pill aren't experiencing a 'real' period ... ahem get stuffed

Ugh this book ! Why did I persevere? The entire story is falling apart... So frustrating 🙄🙄

I so far do not like any of the characters 🙄

Oh dear lord .. I liked this the first time I read it.

I hadn't remembered that the story was narrated by death.

Why is it narrated by death ?

Also how .. if we are to believe that there is only one death then they wouldn't ever have the time to just be observing human life .. like Santa getting around the world in one night death would be run off of his feet.
