So far very entertaining…. Negative reviews I have read about Ludlum’s writing also seem unfounded. I normally don’t expect beautiful prose in a thriller/spy novel; but his writing is very good IMO.

This is Ok - readable. I guess I am in the minority, as this doesn't seem that incredible, or new, or mind-blowing. A different take on time-travel .... been done many times.

Would be better on screen than in a book maybe.

redbird_fan is 50% done with The New Guinea Job (Case Lee, #2)

I really enjoyed the first Case Lee book, but this one so far seems very redundant. Case has several friends and family who were introduced in the first book and fleshed out - that was Ok. The problem is that we have to learn all about them again in book 2, as well as the main character's perspectives on life and love .... boring and tedious.
