Nothing like starting the book club book an hour before the meeting :/

Unfortunately I am not interested in snails, and have never found any commonalities with asexuals.

I want to like this book so badly but it’s becoming torturous. I admire the writing and what the author is trying to do with the framing narratives, but there are too many perspectives and it’s confusing. I also don’t care about the protagonists. Maybe I’ll pick it up again one day…

I really like Mick Herron but this just isn’t holding my interest
