“...heart disease kills more women than men each year, a statistic that’s been true since 1984.”

I kept having to take breaks while reading the chapter on heart disease b/c the info is so infuriating. Yet, had to keep reading because how and why my future concerns may be dismissed is empowering and possibly lifesaving.

really enjoying this book -- only wish I had jotted down a quick glossary for myself of all italicized words introduced that begin with the letter, "h".
