I'm not feeling it - there's not much at stake & I feel the romance and friendships has cast a shadow over the story. Kesta is just too good of a person (fighter; fire-walker etc) - she has no character flaws/has anything that need to be worked on at all. She's even fallen in total love with Jorrun in a month - where I thought was more like 2 at the rate of days lost to travel. No, I think this is where it ends. DNF

So far it's been a good enough read with 2 POVs. That said, reached the middle and I am wondering how this book is going to end already.

I like the overall story but having come this far its too much. I feel like this could've been wrapped up in 4 books. From somewhat ok witch to now demi-god?? Why did she struggle so much in killing a demon? The flow does not make sense & has become difficult for me to want to read any further. I will probably finish this but am dragging my heeels. why get a POV of Aiden just to marry Alistair in such a silly way

Its very difficult to continue reading ehen the author had flat-out turned the FMC into a teenager with temper tantrums. It’s like all the work of book 1&2 had been wiped and I am reading a totally different character. She was strong in previous books - what happened here? Yes assault in book 2 but am I suddenly reading about a teenager or future alpha? Nah, this is ridiculous and totally sucks. Disappointed ☹️

Enjoying it - am older than whom its aimed for 😊 but its still good. That said, names changing from 1 page to the next, eg. Her name is Kate, 8 lines later she’s called Kirsty. Not the first time this has happened in the books. Honest mistake but confusing to have to keep track
