Once again wondering how with less than 100 pages left she will produce a happy ending for everyone!

The text of the novel in my edition ends at page 439. I know it must have a happy ending, but how does she do that in only 60 more pages??

Like the other two Austen novels I've read so far, this one was heavy going at first. Keeping track of all the characters and how they're related is difficult for me initially, but I'm enjoying it more and more as I go.

Nearly finished, because the text of the novel ends on page 367.

I've skimmed quite a bit of the last 100 pages or so. It gets repetitious IMHO. Disappointing.

This book is getting tedious now. I don't know if it's me, or if the latter part of this book is just not as interesting.

Even though I saw the film and know how the story ends, it's hard to put this book down. I'm really enjoying it.

What a strange book. So much violence! And how do parents explain to their children the meaning of the sentence about the fairies coming home from an orgy??

Not enjoying this nearly as much as I expected to.

No wonder I don't remember already reading this book. BO-ring!

I'm finishing this because it's an easy read, and I want to find out how it ends. It's been a loooong haul, though.
