I get the feeling this is gonna be super cheesy

This might be the most violent book I’ve ever read. A lot of violence, a lot of gore and scalping. I struggle a little with his writing style as he doesn’t use any speech marks at all. Long descriptions to world building but not a lot for characters. I’m only reading it as my teens said it’s meant to be very good. Not sure I’ll read another of his!

Another gem by Margaret Atwood, I’m thoroughly enjoying it and it has become a “one more chapter” situation! She writes beautifully

I loved the series and the book is hooking me just as much. Well written, great character & world building. I look forward to reading the testaments once I’ve finished this
