the reason i love emily henry books so much is because the way she writes her characters is NEVER 2-D. she lets you into their mind, their fears, their psyche really which i dont get from a lot of other romance authors. also the tension between miles and daphne is literally palpable off the page. this book is still at a 5/5 and i'm a lil around half way through <3
