Skimmed book..Too close to home for me.

After a satisfying 275 pp, ending with the famous "I am Jean Valjean" am now in a long section (Cosette) where the storyteller (Hugo) describes in great detail and with much commentary the Batle of Waterloo. P. 724 and very rewarding! Lots more "story" than in the film. Will I finish? Stay tuned.

Sort of textbooky and repetitive, but interesting. A bit technical.
