Previously got to page 74, but it's been so long, I'm starting again!!

Here's the thing. Writing, facing & processing the hard, uncomfortable, scary parts of our lives is 100% helpful & necessary.

I'm concerned for the new age, satanic/false religion being mentioned, which is what shadow work is. I hear a lot of "claiming" & negative assumptive words like "our doubt" "my insecurity" and the like. The truth is, these are lies from the enemy, & it is 100% who we are. Cont. in comment❤️‍⏬

So much new age up in here. Can't follow a pastor that pretends to be emotionally and spiritually healthy, but drinks alcohol (we're supposed to have the Holy Spirit). This has got to stop!! There is so much demonic theology in this book. 🚫 We don't need to pull from false religions. We have the Bible, we don't need more doctrines. We just need to read His Word!!!!

This is what I've been reading all this time, still going. It's INCREDIBLE what revelation you get, when you kick out the evil spirits stopping you, & listen to the HOLY SPIRIT!!! I've gotten more understanding than I've ever heard in my entire life. Anything I ever heard from a pulpit about a Bible story was missing so much context & actually integral information!! READ IT FOR YOURSELF. It's the only way!!!

12 Days ago started consistently reading on YouVersion's plan.

Currently into Genesis, Proverbs, and Ephesians. Already finished Habakkuk

What a time we live in!! I used to struggle reading the Bible. Not having the heart or understanding, which is a lack of appreciation.

Now that God has given me the change I have desired and laboured for, the love I have for it - I cannot get enough, and I'm EXCITED about it!!!

This book is legit free counseling

It is such a great book, it is a shame it is written in a confusing manner - ie, the names of people. They are introduced once, and their names pop up throughout the book at any given time, so many, that you have no idea who is being talked about.

If this book were a movie, it would make more sense to have their name and positions flashed on screen every time the person was referenced! Haha

This is already so amazing!!! I've heard Drenda in person, so reading in her voice is very enjoyable 💖

Horribly written, it is obvious the author has no editorial direction, organization, vision or focus. To my understanding, not sure why the experts (her parents) weren't the ones to write this book. And yet. This book is an industry standard to quickly judge & understand others in an obvious way, vs. the enneagram, which takes time, relationship and understanding to fully comprehend another, or one's own self.

I'm not going to finish this, as jobs are not part of my purpose, plan, or future. I will give it to someone else who is in pursuit of that path. Know there are options!

Unacceptable how flipping wonderful this book is. Chip is so the man. I sincerely hope someone finds me his next book for my upcoming birthday!!

More importantly, I hope I ever have opportunity and choose wisely to be half the human he is. Inside and professionally.

Just freaking wow. I almost can't stand to keep reading, it's so awesome.

Everyone needs to read this and I want to start a book club for it, now!!
