I am hate finishing this. The kind of speculation the authors are indulging in is reprehensible.

I don’t know how much longer I will last. The authors clearly think they are sweeping aside the curtain, but it feels much more like they’re huffing at the side of the fish tank and tapping obnoxiously on the glass.

Annoying me most:
- the mawkish and overplayed attempts at profundity
- profoundly anti feminist characterisation of women outside the authors’ milieu e.g. Patterson’s online friends and the CWA

On hiatus, because the Audible file has an error in it :( Audible are looking into it for me, which is good, because up until now I have been enjoying this IMMENSELY and I would venture to say it's even better than Witchmark, because it's exploring the consequences of everything that happened in Aeland and beyond.
