I've finished book 1. At First I thought it was ok but it wasn't grabbing me. As I kept reading it unfolded with great depth of characters and teased with a rich and in-depth lore. By the end I was hooked and I'm looking forward to book 2; which I'm starting today.

Great graphic novel! I love these Miss Tree graphics. Fast and furious crime noir.

Fantastic look at the life of a an amazing Australian, sadly forgotten by most people now.
The insights into life during that period taken from his personal diaries are incredible. Funny and honest/biased they provide behind the scenes observations invaluable to lovers of history.

Great book with an incredible amount of research. I was reading the book and Wikipedia side by side. The ending is sadly a historical fact, but the man is brought to life so well, that you keep hoping that... Well, history didn't change.
If you love historical dramas, then I highly recommend
