Intrigued.
Loving this.
Slightly spooked too.

Wow.

Nearly finished. Savouring the last bit. So many were talking about this and it was funny, and though provoking and full of empathy and people who were so real. This is a bit of cracker. Highly recommended. In fact, I have started recommending this already.

Ann McMan is a treasure.

Chiang is always thought provoking and highly creative. I'm stalled about 2/3 of the way through though .... mostly because this happens me with short stories. Highly recommend this author tho.

Loving this and something has just happened to one of the best characters and two days later I am still thinking about it. This story has really gotten under my skin. #heartbroken #butEngrossed Can't recommend highly enough.

Stalled on this because it’s easy to set down a book of short stories. Read his next book first and preferred it … but it is absolutely amazing, and this is just superb! #harsh #notAtAll

Really good insight into Japanese culture before my trip there. Gave me a sense of an ‘ear’ for the place. Really good stuff.

Fascinating insight into the life of a professional athlete trying to make it great read - funny and insightful.

I like this author’s books. About half way through and this is going on my happy list.
