I didn’t realize this is a daily book of journal prompts that are preceded by related short essays, but I’m glad I checked this out from the library and found out because I decided that I’m committing to this daily practice now, today was day 1 & already I’m having major insights into myself and the way I see the world.
I ordered my own copy since I can’t have a library book
checked out for that long lol

Duuuuude, I was just thinking how this is the fluffy read that i needed when i got to the part where two characters are shitting on My Chemical Romance, how very daaaaare they 😭
The vibe me and this book had might just be gone idk man

I really enjoy the way this book is written but I didn’t expect to feel triggered by the subject material…lately I’ve been gravitating towards things that come with a feeling of safety and this is not that 🙈 I’m gonna have to proceed with caution on this one and maybe also check out other books written by this author that may be more light on the spirit

It’s so fun to hear how this guy relates lessons in theater to lessons in life, I love when people share their perspective in this way 🤗
